Nieve profunda en Rio Roe....

It was one of those really wet week-ends in Squamish that made it difficult to imagine leaving the house. When we woke in the predawn hours Sunday morning, the rain and wind were coming down in full force. I gazed out the window trying to make out the snow-line in the Tantalus Range and it certainly looked high. Today's mission would most definitely involve a start in the rain but we set off anyway....

As expected the first 20 min on the machine was a wet ride but magically we emerged into the promise land of pow and pillows on Rio Roe....

We were greeted one again by the old giants of this spectacular valley....

This was Brett's first time on these slopes.... I think he approved.

Powwwwwww....

Another lap?

Another day in paradise!
